Losing a loved one is very, very difficult…especially when it happens twice; it makes you wonder if you can go on with life. If you lose a parent, you grieve with your siblings; if you lose a child, you grieve with your spouse, but if you lose a spouse, you walk that road alone as no one else knows what it was like living with that person. There is no right or wrong way to grieve; it is whatever works best for you. This session will introduce strategies to help you cope with your loss, offer suggestions on how to recover from the shock and provide ideas on how to move on with your life.
