Rev. Msgr. Raymond Dreiling


Monsignor Dreiling was born in San Francisco, California. He attended St. John’s Seminary College in Camarillo, California, and graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. He then entered St. John’s Seminary, School of Theology in Camarillo, California. He was ordained to the Priesthood for the Diocese of Fresno in 1975. He served at several parishes and in diocesan appointment as Chancellor throughout his years serving our diocese.
In 1995, he was invested as Chaplain to His Holiness (Monsignor) and later was invested as Prelate of Honor of His Holiness, in 2008. He is currently the Vicar General for the Diocese of Fresno and is also the Pastor of the Shrine of St. Thérèse in Fresno.
Monsignor Dreiling serves on various boards and committees in the Diocese of Fresno, including: College of Consultors; Priests’ Council; Diocesan Personnel Board; Diocesan Review Board; Priests’ Retirement Board of Trustees; Diocesan Finance Council; and the Diocesan Board for Our Faith, Our Family, Our Future.
