Registration for Congress begins in July, 2019. Early Bird Registration will be accepted through Monday, September 16, 2019 by mail or online. Registration badges will be mailed out to those who register through Early Bird Registration.

After Monday, September 16, 2019, registration will only be accepted online, and must be received by Friday, October 4. At no time will registration be accepted via FAX. Those who register after Monday, September 16, 2019, will need to pick up their Registration badges at “Will Call” on the day of the event. Please plan for this by arriving early.

All Congress participants must wear their name badge at all times, especially upon entering workshop sessions. A greeter will check name badges at the entrance of workshops to ensure participants are in the right session. No one will be allowed into a session unless that session is listed on their name badge. Replacement name badges will be charged $10 per badge.

Congress is an adult event, therefore children under the age of 14 are not allowed. Children 14 through 18 years of age are welcome to attend only as registered participants, and accompanied by a parent or another authorized adult as their chaperone. Minors may not be in a workshop or exhibit area without an adult parent or guardian due to diocesan Safe Environment directives.

No Children under the age of 14 will be allowed to enter the Convention Center.

Cancellation / Refund / Payment Policies:

All cancellations will incur a processing fee of $5.00. All requests for cancellations or refunds need to be in writing and received before Tuesday, September 17. No refunds will be given beyond cancellation date. No refunds for “no show” attendees.

All PAY LATER fees must be paid in full by Thursday, October 31, 2019 or late payment fees will be added.
