INFORMATION STATIONS
Volunteers will be stationed at various places in the lobbies of the Convention Center to help you find your workshops. Please look for the big “question mark” for information.

HOSPITALITY / LUNCHES
FRIDAY: Concessions will not be open on Friday. Pre-ordered lunches can be picked up in the Eucalyptus Courtyard from 12:05 – 1:00 PM.
SATURDAY: Coffee, pastries, snacks, and drinks will be available for purchase at the Convention Center concession stands. Concessions will be open from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pre-Ordered lunches will be available from 12:50 PM to 1:40 PM in the Eucalyptus Courtyard. Lunches will not be available for same day purchase. Food may be purchased at the Convention Center Concession stands or at local business within walking distance. Participants are encouraged to eat lunch in the patio areas or in the Exhibit Hall.

In case of rain, lunches will be distributed in the Exhibit Lobby. Help us keep the Convention Center clean. Please collect all trash after lunch.

FIRST AID/EMERGENCIES
A First Aid station is available in the Exhibit Lobby. (See Ì Back Cover Map) Come to the First Aid station if there is an emergency or call 911. The booth is sponsored by our Diocesan Health Ministry. Stop by to find out what the Office of Health Ministries has to offer.

NAMETAGS
Nametags are required at all times during Diocesan Congress. Nametags will need to be presented before entering workshops.

SMOKING
The Diocese of Fresno Congress is a smoke-free zone.

AMBULATORY NEEDS
Assistance for participants with ambulatory needs is available. Please notify a volunteer for assistance. Wheelchairs are also available.

EXHIBIT SCHEDULE
Exhibit Booths will be open Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
